At A Social Strategy, we are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. The following policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are considered.
Public Relations Services
Our PR services are tailored to meet specific client needs and objectives. As such, all PR services are non-refundable unless a written guarantee provided by A Social Strategy has not been achieved on a monthly basis. We value our client relationships and strive to meet all agreed-upon goals, but in the absence of meeting these guarantees, a refund may be issued. All payments made for PR services are considered final.
ASSIST CRM Services
For our ASSIST CRM services, clients have the flexibility of a refund within the trial period and up to 48 hours after any monthly service payment. This policy allows clients to assess the value and effectiveness of our services without risk. However, please note that ancillary charges such as phone, text (SMS), AI service, content creation, and social media graphic design are non-refundable at any time. In the event of service cancellation, any balance in the client’s account will be returned within 10 business days.
For all other services offered by A Social Strategy, clients may request a refund within 3 days of the initial contract signing. This grace period is provided to ensure client satisfaction and comfort with the agreed terms. After this initial 3-day period, both parties are expected to honor the terms of the contract. If a client is dissatisfied with the service provided, they may submit a formal refund request via email to [email protected]. These requests will be reviewed manually by our staff, and decisions will be made based on the individual circumstances of each case.
In compliance with New York State law, any initiation fees for our services are refundable within the first 72 hours following payment or contract signing. This policy is in place to ensure that clients have the opportunity to reconsider their decision within a reasonable timeframe.
